Welcome to Kaleidoscope Arts. Years of experience eventually led to the inception of Kaleidoscope Arts in 2013. Two artisans with collective years of experience bring to you an array of art ranging from mixed media paintings to a variety of wood working creations as well as graphic design.
We are happy to create any number of commission pieces for you or you may find one of our original pieces to your liking. Please contact us so we may further assist you and welcome to Kaleidoscope Arts!!!.
Heather McCarthy
Warrior Artisan
Heather hails from southern California and moved to the Seattle area back in 2015. Heather originally created wall murals for residential clients. She discovered her passion for art back when she was first battling ovarian cancer in her 20’s as a therapeutic outlet.
Successfully overcoming ovarian cancer would prove to be the beginning of her status as a warrior artisan. Later in her 30’s Heather would find herself battling color-rectal cancer. She still finds herself in this battle and has found a second passion she calls S.W.A.G. (Support Women's Awareness Group) which is about spreading awareness and support regarding cancer to women.
Over the last two years she has branched out into creating original works for individual clients to memorialize loved ones or to celebrate personal milestones. Her medium of choice is watercolor and acrylic paints. Her work can currently be seen at the West Seattle Art Walk during July and August 2017!! Commission pieces are available.

The Art Walk now includes many of the West Seattle restaurants! Enjoy EXTENDED HAPPY HOURS, specials on food and beverages, plus all the local art you would expect. In August make sure you visit Seattle Makers Market in Junction Plaza Park. All the specials are listed on the new Art Walk website: https://wsartwalk.org/. Our participating artists, businesses, and organizations are planning some great events to celebrate our vibrant art culture in West Seattle!
